Twincue

Terms & Conditions

Effective 6 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Twincue Teleprompter ("the app"), made by Vladimir Khuraskin. By using the app you agree to them. Contact: support@twincue.app

The app

The app shows your script next to the camera while you record a video. Scripts, the teleprompter and takes up to 60 seconds are free. Pro removes the 60-second limit and adds 4K and 60 frames per second.

Your content

Your scripts and videos belong to you. Videos stay on your iPhone, and scripts sync through your own iCloud. You are responsible for what you write, record and share, and for having the right to record the people and places in your videos.

Pro

You can get Pro in two ways:

Prices appear in the app before you buy and may differ by country. Apple handles payments and refunds under its own terms. Restore Purchases on the Pro screen brings Pro back on a new device with the same Apple Account.

Licence

You may install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store rules allow. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it to break the law.

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies:

No warranty

The app comes "as is". I work to keep it reliable, but I cannot promise that it will run without errors or that a recording will never fail. Save or share a take you want to keep before you leave the review screen: the app deletes unsaved takes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for lost recordings, lost data or indirect damages that come from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer.

Changes

I may update the app and these terms. The new terms appear on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
